Chef de Partie

Tweedies Bar & Lodge are currently looking for a Chef de Partie to join our ranks

You must be passionate and able to cope under pressure serving up modern/European cuisine. You must be enthusiastic, willing to work under the wing of the Head Chef, be a team player with a bright personality and have great attention to detail. You will be able to work split shifts. In return, we offer a great package with a competitive salary.

Live in accommodation is available.

Bar and Waiting Staff

Full-time Bar and Waiting staff required for our busy Lakeland Pub and Restaurant

We currently require full and part-time staff to work in our very popular pub, hotel and restaurant.

Experience of bar and waitering preferred, however, not essential as full training will be given. Applicants must have a passion for food and drink and an interest in beer is preferred. Applicants should be flexible with working hours and must be available at weekends. High quality customer service skills are essential.

Live in accommodation is available and we provide meals on duty.
