As part of our commitment to seasonal, locally inspired cooking at Tweedies, we’re excited to take you behind the scenes with Head Chef James as he prepares a truly standout ingredient: wild venison.

Introducing our new wine list

We’re delighted to introduce Ben Paxon from EWGA in Carnforth. Ben has carefully developed a brand new wine list for us and recently hosted a very popular tasting session with the Tweedies team, ensuring everyone is fully up to speed and ready to guide you through the new selection.

In the video, Ben talks through the new list, sharing insights into grape varieties, tasting notes and the regions and winemaking techniques that make these wines stand out.
